About this bearded lady

I oscillate between baking cinnamon-raisin bread, or giving the thousand-yard-stare to my toes in a depressed puddle of my own self-pity. On the whole I consider myself very normal.

The Sunshine Apartment is a bright home which uses art and color to transform suffering. Life will be painful, unfair, and sometimes unbearable. But those experiences bring us to a point of our existence which can lead to pure communication and solidarity with others.

When I read the Twilight books I felt a grimy, smutty darkness descend on the Sunshine Apartment and stifle all the bright and beautiful things I have busily made. Since then, I have made it my personal mission to write a full and coherent response to these books. One which uplifts humanity, encourages the awkward and the ugly to not lose hope, and proposes transformation through art.

We'll see how this goes.

P.S. None of these books really exist (yet).
